Family 2.3 released!

It's been a long time coming, but we now have Family 2.3 released! Take a gander, it's been a year in the making and I think it's a big change from 2.0.2.

New Family coming soon

It's so pretty with the new artwork. A bit more than a year since we put a new update out, and it's time for 2.3. We're just fixing up one or two more things and this bad boy will be out.

The thing that I'm happiest about is that now people will be able to export to PDF, and take the PDF to the print shop, and zoom it in as big as they can get it to zoom, so long as the images they have for people can scale that big. That's pretty darn awesome.

Release of Family 2.0

So over 2 years ago I made this post regarding the need for a better Genealogy solution on OS X. And today I've fixed that issue along with help from my partner in crime, Evan Schoenberg

Today Family 2.0 was released. We have put out our first app outside of Adium and Growl, and we're really proud of it. There's lots to do still, but we really think that it's worth releasing now since it does a lot of the original things that were envisioned.

So give it a whirl and let us know what you think. The good/bad/ugly, and anything in between.
